At Pneuma we believe it is vital to be involved in our community and reach out with the tangible love of Jesus. Here are the ministries we are involved currently:

Celebrate Recovery
The purpose is not to offer a program or counsel, rather to work with them to get them into a recovery program where they can be with peers. Objective is to ensure they understand recovery with the Spirit will speed up the qualities they will need to recover faster and with less pain. Anonymity is critical.

Agape Street Ministry
Agape is a faith-based outreach that has been operating for over 20 years. The street evangelizers are called to bring the love of Jesus Christ to the addict prostitutes who work in Vancouver's notorious East End... Hastings and Main area, in real time with these women right on the street. Through non-judgemental prayerful actions and words, God's unconditional love for women becomes evident. Each and every night Agape reaches out and interfaces with 100-125 women.

Food On The Corner Society
FCS is a multi denominational organization that demonstrates the feeding of His Sheep in a practical and Spiritual way.
 
Operating for over 28 years from Tsawwassen, the FCS truck heads downtown every Saturday morning with enough hot soup, coffee, sandwiches, and desserts, to feed 200-300 homeless souls in front of the main Courthouse at Main and Powell. Complimenting the serving of food are a dedicated team of women who offer prayer, a kind word, a smile, or a reassuring touch to soothe the tattered minds and souls.  "I tell you the truth, it is not Moses who gives you bread from heaven, but it is my Father who gives you true bread from heaven."
